• Saadhan Charge helps you find, start, follow and pay for EV charging at participating stations in Nepal.
• Stations are run by their operators, who set the prices. You pay from your station card balance.
• Charge safely: follow the instructions at the station and your vehicle maker's.

Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using Saadhan Charge you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

Your account

You sign up with your mobile number. Keep your login to yourself, keep your details accurate, and tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account, because charges made with it are billed to your cards. You can delete your account from Profile → Delete account.

Stations and operators

Charging stations are owned and run by charge point operators, not by us. Each operator decides its stations' opening hours, availability and prices, and is responsible for its equipment. The app shows station information and connector status as reported by the chargers; it may occasionally be out of date, and a connector shown as free may be taken or unavailable when you arrive.

Cards, balances and prices

• Charging is paid from the balance on your station card. Cards and top-ups are issued by the station operator or by the Saadhan Charge team.
• The price for a station is shown in the app before you start. The cost of a session is worked out from what the charger reports and is shown live and in your history.
• Questions about a charge, a top-up or a refund go first to the operator of that station. If you can't resolve it, contact us and we will help.

Charging safely

Use only connectors that suit your vehicle, follow the instructions at the station and your vehicle maker's guidance, and don't leave a vehicle where it blocks others after charging ends. Stop the session from the app or at the charger if anything looks wrong, and report damaged equipment to the operator.

For station operators

If you sign in as station staff or an owner, you are responsible for your stations, your prices and how your staff use the operator tools (starting and stopping sessions, restarting chargers, unlocking cables, managing customers). Use customers' details only to run and bill their charging.

Using the app fairly

Please don't misuse the app or the charging system: don't start sessions on cards that aren't yours, interfere with chargers or servers, copy or reverse-engineer the app, or use it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our rights

Saadhan Charge, its name, design and code belong to Aarambha IT Research Center. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app; they don't transfer any ownership to you.

Changes and availability

We may update the app, change or remove features, or stop offering it. Stations may join or leave. If we change these terms we will update the effective date above; continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.

No warranty and limits of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the operation of charging stations run by operators, for damage caused by equipment or by charging, or for losses when the app or a station is unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
