Website privacy notice

This notice explains how Aarambha IT Research Center ("Aarambha IT", "we") handles information on the website aarambhait.com. It does not cover our apps, which each have their own privacy policy: Meerkat, Saadhan Charge and MoneyWise.

Information you send through our forms

We only receive personal information when you choose to send it through one of these forms:

  • Contact form: your name, email, optional phone number, the service you are interested in and your message.
  • Careers form: your name, email, optional phone number, the role, an optional portfolio link, your message and your CV (PDF).
  • MoneyWise support form: your email, an optional name, your platform, an optional app version, the topic and your message.

We use this information only to reply to you or, for job applications, to assess your application. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or add it to mailing lists.

How it is delivered and stored

  • Each submission is sent as an email to our team's mailbox, which is provided by Google. The website itself does not save submissions in a database or file.
  • The contact and careers forms also send you a confirmation email. The MoneyWise support form does not.
  • We keep emails only as long as we need them to deal with your request. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
  • To stop spam, each form briefly keeps a one-way hash of your IP address in memory (for up to 15 minutes). It is not written to storage and is not used for anything else.

Hosting, cookies and third-party content

  • The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site.
  • We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of our own on this website.
  • Some pages embed content from other services: a Google Maps map on the contact page and a YouTube video on the Saadhan case study. When those pages load, those services may receive your IP address and set their own cookies. Our app pages do not load any third-party content.
