Where can I charge?
At participating stations in Nepal. The app shows every station on a list or a map, with how many connectors are free right now, the connector types (CCS2, GB/T), power, opening hours and prices.
How do I pay for a charge?
From the balance on your station card. Cards and top-ups are issued by the station operator or the Saadhan Charge team, and the price per charge is set by the operator and shown in the app before you start.
Does the app cost anything?
No. Saadhan Charge is free, with no in-app purchases. Charging itself is paid from your station card balance, at the price the station shows.
Is it available in Nepali?
Yes. Saadhan Charge works in English and Nepali.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile → Delete account. You can also ask us by email or phone (below) to delete it without the app. The privacy policy explains what is deleted and what is kept for billing.
